"First, your service department was recommended to me by both the person I bought my boat from and a friend who performed some basic service for me. I have had prior service work performed by you and have always been pleased.
I had an recent overheat problem, which was cordially and properly diagnosed by phone on the 4th of July weekend. It was recommended that I cease using the boat, which likely eliminated the possilibly of causing further damage.
During the following week and while on vacation, on Tuesday, July 5th (coincidentally, my birthday), I dropped the boat off as you opened for the day. I was told that it would probably not be done that day, due to the workload already in the shop. I fully understood.
I was pleasantly surprised when Chris called back, before noon, to say the repairs were completed, as previously diagnosed, and that I could pick the boat up the same day.
Your service personnel clearly went out of their way to accomodate me. Their efforts will enable me to fully enjoy the rest of my time off.
A special thank you to Chris and Steve, who's level of professionalism, technical expertise and customer service iswhat will continue to bring me back to M & J.

"I found M and J Marine through the internet as they had a Ranger boat that I had always dreamed of owning. After months of careful consideration and what I would consider a very fair deal on my trade and price for their boat I decided to make the leap and become a Ranger 6 series owner!
Now I have bought many boats in my lifetime most of which I could see in person and were only minutes from my house. So buying from M and J meant a 5 hour one way trip so as you can imagine my hesitation and worries of a bad experience wasted time and gas was top of mind.....
But as I sit here today writing this letter I can truly say I have never had a more pleasent experience with such a large purchase. They did and backed everything thing they said they would on the phone the day I picked it up. This goes from Todd in finance to Mark my sales person who went above and beyond that day to make sure that I was completely satisfied all the way down to making sure my lights worked correctly before I left out of the parking lot for my long ride home.
If you are considering a boat from these people and are worried about driviing far and or intergrity, I can personally tell you that I feel you will not be disappointed.
Sadly what I will miss most is bugging Mark everyday making sure that boat is coming along as planned or that it look perfect.....which it did!
